Lou Mastroianni started Diversified Electrical Contractors as a d.b.a. in 1998 to serve the residential housing and commercial electric markets in upstate New York. In September 2007, Diversified was contracted to perform the electrical scope on the Upstate NY Clearwire Project. Following the success that was achieved on this project, we were then asked to mobilize to the Philadelphia, PA market to work on the TMOB UMTS Project. During this time, Diversified Wireless was contracted to provide services on both the Cricket and Metro PCS Projects.

Diversified Wireless, Inc. was incorporated in the State of New York on June 13, 2008 in order to combine its core business of Electrical and Civil Services with the ability to offer Wireless Site Construction Services.
